Commercial Property Manager

I am representing a well-established property consultancy that is expanding its team. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio in the Chester are, which includes office spaces, industrial units, retail properties, and some residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including regular inspections, lease reviews, rent renewals, and managing the transition of properties in and out of the portfolio.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout their engagement.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails, ensuring effective communication and management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Open to candidates preparing for their APC or those with up to 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management with a thorough understanding of the role's complexities.

• Proactive, with the ability to independently manage the daily functions and responsibilities of the position.
