A leading international leisure operator is looking to grow their property team with a Commercial Property Manager based in London. This individual will be responsible for the direct management of their UK portfolio and will also oversee the management of two smaller European portfolios.
Reporting into the Head of UK Property, key responsibilities include:
Deliver their property management strategy for the portfolio by delivering optimum property costs and ensure landlords comply with their legal obligations under their leases.
Support the creation of group wide monthly and weekly management reporting and KPI's, and implement them.
Manage the portfolio day-to-day including service charge and insurance costs, general building matters and external issues.
Manage the Facilities Management team.
Build and manage collaborative relationships with the owners and landlords.
Source, select and effectively manage contractors, external advisors and specialists.
Ensure all third party consultants are operating within their contracts.
Ensure all rent, service charge and insurance costs are paid accurately and on time.
Track and report annual property costs.
Sub-tenant management and negotiate lease extensions.
Prepare and submit property budgets and quarterly forecasting by collating appropriate data.
Key property management requirements include:
Members of RICS.
Previous commercial property management experience.
Experience working with retail/ retail parks/leisure assets would be an advantage.
Knowledge of L&T legislation and good negotiator.
Excellent communication skills.
Salary will range from £45,000 - £60,000 plus benefits package and bonus.
Their office is based in London but you will only be required to be in the office 2-3 days a week. They can also offer a part-time role or flexible working hours.
