Are you an experienced Commercial Asset Manager seeking a operational and strategic management role?

I am working with a UK private equity investment business who are seeking a Commercial Director to join their team in London.

You will have a role in both the Asset Management strategy and implementation across the business, as well as being a key decision maker in the overall business decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Playing a key part in overall business operations and management

  • Maximising the value of existing assets via refurbishments, lease events, leasing, and development

  • Producing regular performance reports at a high standard

  • Liaising with and working alongside various internal teams, and well as regular interaction and negotiations with tenants

  • The hands-on management of third parties to ensure the quality of service across the portfolio is optimal, you will also conduct regular site visits

  • Financial analysis to appraise value improvements

You will need:

  • A track record of asset managing commercial properties

  • An intelligent, proactive, and strategic approach to property

  • The ability to learn and use initiative in a fast paced and dynamic team

Salary:

Based on an individual basis
