My client are looking to employ a community manager who is looking to take on an new challenge, you will have the exciting opportunity to work for a growing flexible work space provider. This role will require you to be the main point of contact for any queries on the area that you are managing. The right candidate will be an all-rounder who is confident in building strong relationships and working independently .

Key responsibilities

  • End to end sales responsibility for team suites, meeting rooms, share spaces and ancillary income
  • Actioning training requirements including: CRM, data, connectivity, H&S, FM, F&B and hospitality with the appropriate central support
  • Developing operational strategies and policies to help drive the business forward

Key skills

  • Excellent IT and Technology skills to assist members with common technical issues
  • Interest in wellness and delivering an environment conducive to member wellbeing
  • Customer satisfaction and hospitality should always be at the front of your mind
