Role: Audit and Compliance manager

Salary: Up to £50,0000

You will be required to work alongside the senior Property management team and will be responsible for the compliance and management standards of all the developments within the companies portfolio.

Responsibilities will include;

• Understanding customer needs and assessing all aspects of service delivery to customers

• Visiting and assessing development management standards

• Identifying Client needs and ensuring the company is meeting or exceeding the expected service levels.

• Writing and presenting reports to Line Managers, Heads of Departments and Directors

• Seeking opportunities to increase the client base, or size of portfolios with clients/agents.

The right candidate will have strong knowledge of the residential property sector, previous experience in managing a team and an excellent understanding of property legislation. You will also have strong customer service skills and good attention to detail.

• Previous experience of contract management

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• IRPM and IOSH qualified
