I am with a market leading company to find a Credit Controller to join their established London Accounts team. A FTSE 100 company with a prestigious reputation for delivering excellent service to both its clients and its employees; the ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to work across all facets of Credit Control and Accounts Receivable and be keen to utilise their skills to produce results from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Contacting tenants via phone, letter and email to collect debts across all monthly charges

• Building rapport with tenants to ensure the consistent payment adhering to existing payment terms, and ensuring all payments are allocated correctly thereafter

• Monitoring current payments and liaising with tenants and landlord to resolve queries

• Reducing aged debts and minimising any backlog by setting up payment plans to ensure debts are minimised

• Answering queries from internal team members to ensure accounts are balanced

• Producing monthly reports to outline successful collection of payments and reduction of debt

Person Specification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous experience working within Property and knowledge of rents, rates and service charges advantageous

• An established ability to handle and prioritising multiple deadlines
