Credit Controller - Lettings

Location: West End
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
We are proud to partner with one of the UK's leading managing agents, currently seeking a Lettings Credit Controller to join their esteemed team in the vibrant West End.
Responsibilities:
Manage the collection of outstanding rent and commission invoices in accordance with Credit Control Procedures.
Coordinate with property managers to facilitate chasing communications for fully managed lets.
Document all inquiries and actions meticulously in Qube.
Participate in regular review meetings with the Accounts Manager and Residential Lettings Accounts Head.
Provide guidance on legal actions to negotiators, managers, and landlords, and initiate legal proceedings and court attendance as necessary for landlord bad debt.
Monitor KPIs and generate reports on landlord bad debt.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and implement payment plans.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of credit control experience.
Experience in residential lettings is essential.
Proficiency in relevant software/tools preferred.
Professional telephone manner and excellent written English skills are required.
