My client is a large reputable managing agent based in North West London who have seen a huge amount of growth over the last 12 months. They have taken on new business across London and despite the pandemic and steadily added to their workforce.

They are now looking for a talented individual to take on a brand-new position for them as a Customer Experience Manager. This role has been created to deliver first class hospitality service across their residential portfolio. This person will be responsible for the presentation across luxury developments and work cohesively with the line manager to ensure a 5-star standard is always in place.

This role is heavily customer service focused and would be well suited to someone from a hospitality background having delivered high end service rivalling that of a top-class hotel. The successful applicant will need to develop a customer-centric ethos within all on site staff tailored to each development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understanding client expectations and ensuring that services evolved to meet those expectations

  • To build and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments

  • Identifying opportunities for organic account growth

  • Providing monthly reports to the COO

  • Training and advise on areas such as uniform/dress and personal

  • Lead of establishing the brand standards of

  • To build and maintain a culture of exemplary customer service where all staff take ownership
