A leading UK REIT is seeking a highly numerate Data Analyst to join their dynamic Asset Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team by building data process and managing KPIs relating to asset management performance to ensure the optimisation of performance across the portfolio.

  • Building models, processes and Asset Management indices.

  • Actively communicating and presenting data findings to different boards across the company.

Requirements:

  • Highly numerate and excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent Excel skills.

  • A positive and proactive attitude.

  • Confident when presenting to internal teams.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to handle several concurrent tasks.
