Cobalt is once again delighted to support a well-established Property Management Company that is looking to expand their outstanding team. Based in the heart of London, specialises within the residential sector of real estate managing properties across the breadth of the UK. Due to their organic growth, they are looking for an autonomous & highly analytical individual to support within the IT function. This role will give you the opportunity to progress within an ever-evolving business and grow alongside them.

The Responsibilities

• To ensure data held on the Qube database is accurate and complete and liaise with the relevant departments to rectify any discrepancies

• Be the main contact in response to bespoke report requests from various internal departments within the business

• Take lead on setting processes & procedures for reporting across the business

• To be able to build and maintain best in class trackers to monitor key business metrics

• To observe the highest possible standards in relation to client and customer confidentiality and in compliance with Data Protection legislation.

• Participate in a team, departmental and corporate project, and planning processes as required

Requirements of the Role

• Must have the ability to produce large sets of data and reporting in a detailed and efficient manner

• Experience within the real estate market would be advantageous along with a working knowledge of Qube/MRI Horizon

• Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and verbally, including drafting correspondence and documents.

• Individuals must be highly analytical and be able to show a creative approach to problem-solving

• Experience in using Microsoft Office is a must-have
