Cobalt is thrilled to collaborate with a renowned Fund Consultancy, seeking a Depositary Junior Administrator to support their growth in Luxembourg. You will join a friendly multinational team and gain exposure to an impressive portfolio of Private Equity and Real Estate clients.

Responsibilities include: (Including but not limited to)

• Manage daily tasks like cash flow monitoring and transaction follow-up.

• Reconcile asset portfolios and assist in fund audits.

• Provide updates on depositary activities to management and escalate issues when needed.

• Support onboarding of new clients by delivering risk assessment reports.

• Review reports from fund accounting, transfer agency, AIFM, and third parties for oversight.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance

• 2 to 3 years of experience in an Accounting/ Audit firm

• Experience with Alternative Investments is advantageous

• Proactive, disciplined, and detailed focused attitude

• Fluency in English. German or French is desirable
