Cobalt are working with a NHS Trust in London to recruit an interim Deputy Head of Estates for Operations, paying £240-260 per day LTD rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company) depending on experience.
The successful candidate will provide the professional and technical lead for all aspects of operational services within the estates department. You will be responsible for supporting the estates mechanical, electrical and building fabric engineering team. The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical or electrical building services background and provide crucial support to operational services.
You will have/be:
- A relevant Degree or technically qualified in a mechanical/electrical/building discipline or equivalent level of experience.
- Previous experience working in an Estates Operations team within a healthcare setting.
- Apply technical and specialised engineering knowledge to solve engineering problems.
- Experience managing and supporting engineering supervisors and staff.
- Good IT skills in MS Office for reports, business cases and presentations.
- Implement Estates services strategies and action plans.
- Ability to communicate and work within Multi-disciplinary teams and work effectively as part of a team.
