**CLIENT-SIDE - Estates Surveyor / Estates Manager**

I have partnered exclusively with an exceptional property company in their search for an Estates Surveyor or Estates Manager. We are very pleased to consider a diverse range of experience levels for this role.

- Working client-side on a brilliant portfolio comprising industrial, office and retail sites

- A value add component to the role which includes acquisitions and leasing transactions, lease regears, cap ex duties, alongside the daily estate management work

- Very proactive relationship building and negotiations with occupiers across the scheme

- Working within a brilliant team I have also recruited two further candidates into within the past two years, who absolutely love the culture

- The team is brilliant at supporting career development, such as enabling MRICS qualifications, and further certifications

- Significant AUM in Essex, so very beneficial to be in or near the Essex region!

It will be important to have existing experience managing a commercial portfolio.
