A prestigious Central London Property Company is seeking a Chartered Development and Investment Surveyor to join their team.

You will work closely with the Head of Property and Head of Development and Investment on value-add development and investment activity across their well known Central London portfolio. The portfolio consists of a mix of office, retail, restaurants, leisure, hotels, residential and mixed use assets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Development, Investment, Valuation Surveyor to move their career into a long-term client side role.

Key Development and Investment Surveyor requirements include:

  • Member of RICS (or equivalent experience).

  • Degree qualified.

  • Proven experience working in a development, investment or valuations role.

  • Experience working in a client-side or consultancy role.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a close-knit team.

Salary is from £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Office is based in Central London.
