Our client is a successful fund administrator who are looking to hire a strong Digital Analyst within their IT department; this team is made up of 6 individuals. The business focuses on private equity, real estate and debt across their global offices including Luxembourg and London. More specifically, this role will be reporting into their Business Systems Manager based in London. They are looking for a technical analyst with four to five years' experience within the financial services sector carrying out a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational processes through the improved use of existing systems and application of new software/systems.

• Enhancing their client's digital experience by creating greater visibility of their data and processes.

• Implement new systems that will enhance service delivery to their clients.

• Improve the method used to carry out operational processes.

• Replace outdated work flow processes using technologies including the Microsoft Power Platform

• Encrypt complex business processes with work flows in Viewpoint

• Develop client workflows through use of API's or robotic desktop automation

Personal Competencies:

• Financial/Accounting background

• 4-5 years' experience working on a similar digital role

• API's or robotic desktop automation experience

• Viewpoint experience

• Be a proactive, quick learner

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to business processes

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Microsoft Power Platform experience is a bonus
