Director - Head of Debt Asset Management

This is an opportunity to join an established multi £bn investor in European Real Estate. The firm invest across the capital stack but are active senior/mezz lenders and throughout the current health crisis have built their pipeline and have extremely acquisitive plans for the coming months.

The firm are established and a well-known player but are still a relatively new entrant to the market. They're investing out of a newly raised fund, which is totally discretionary capital and they have a pre-existing investment team who are spotting great deals in the market.

They have a pool of loan AM's currently who are managing borrowers effectively but the type of person they're keen to hire now is a seasoned Director level individual who can consolidate their entire Debt Asset Management process. They do not outsource this function and they want to bring someone on-board who can manage the internal consolidation of borrower data but also present and be accountable of this to their external investors and internal management board.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within an established lender or loan servicer and will be familiar with receiving, analysing, sense-checking and consolidating complex data where loan asset management is concerned. This role is fairly unique in some ways but the successful individual will be able to take hold of the firms entire loan AM process and present confidently and comfortably to their external investors.
