They structure and negotiate a range of construction financing, bridge financing, mezzanine financing, senior term lending, in addition to bespoke financing solutions for operating assets.

Role Description

This is a full-time Director level role located in London. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with real estate investors, developers, and private clients, providing expert guidance on their financing requirements. You will negotiate, and structure tailored financial solutions for commercial and residential properties worldwide.

Qualifications

• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills

• Expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, and risk management

• Ability to structure complex deals and manage negotiations.

• Extensive experience of executing Real Estate finance transactions

• Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Educated at least to degree level.

• Ability to identify market trends and provide strategic advice to clients

• European experience would be beneficial.
