Director, Real Estate Investment Advisory

We are working with the Investment Advisory team of a market leading Commercial Real Estate services and investment firm which has seen extensive growth over the past few years and because of this is looking to hire an experienced Director level individual. This team works with institutional, financial, public sector and property company clients to develop tailored solutions designed to meet their specific business and investment objectives. This role focuses on the public sector service offering within the team specifically in relation to affordable housing across capital raising, portfolio reviews, forward funding of development schemes and devising investment strategies.

Main duties:

• Origination and transactions management.

• Formulating and implementing investment strategy on behalf of clients.

• Production of marketing materials.

• Engaging with developers, registered providers and investors.

• Negotiation of transactions.

• Working with lawyers to complete legal documentation.

Requirements:

• Extensive real estate experience across residential or affordable housing.

• Investment or development finance background.

• Proven ability to lead transactions from start to finish.

• Experience of structuring and negotiation of transaction terms.

• Business development and networking skills.
