Our client is a leading asset manager with over £300bn assets under management. This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional company that promises great career trajectory. You will be joining their established Real Assets team who specialise in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Corporate Debt. The role involves carrying out data analysis with their in house system Tableau and Power BI. You must have a passion for data driven roles and studies within a computer science degree or similar. Having a property accounts background is a bonus and this role will have the opportunity to progress to being a data scientist.

Core responsibilities:

• This role will be analysing portfolio data and creating dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

• Complete automated processes for scorecards and resolve Alteryx issues

• Run and improve data systems and tools

• Assist with ad-hoc reports when need be for the Building performance analyst

• Assist with client projects alongside the Senior Building Performance analyst

Personal Specification:

• Computer Science/Mathematics degree or a similar subject

• At least a year experience working on a technical role / as a Data Analyst

• Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx and VBA experience

• Understanding pricing and valuations is a bonus

• Evidence of using data to accomplish tasks and data visualising tools

• Property accounts background is desirable

• Quick learner and problem solver

• Passion for technical tasks - MUST
