Estates Director

My client are an independent, leading property management company who are looking to employ an Estates Director to manage a prime central London portfolio.

This role will require you to ensure smooth day to day management of a prestigious portfolio, produce and monitor the Service Charge budgets for the portfolio both annually and for reserve funds, implement and maintain procedures and processes as well as ensuring that all health and safety measures are in place

You will also need to prepare and submit Section 20 Notices and collect funds for major works from leaseholders, obtain quotations, instruct works, manage contractors and monitor performance as well as carrying out tasks that are set by the head of.

The right candidate will be confident in managing a team of on-site staff and act as an ambassador for the company ensuring you maintain a professional standard throughout.

Key skills

  • IRPM or IOSH qualified

  • Previous team management experience

  • Confident in obtaining quotations, instructing works, manage contractors and monitor performance.

  • Computer literate

  • Good time management

Working hours 9:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

Salary - up to £50,000
