Cobalt is working with one of London's most illustrious landed estates on a Facilities Manager position where you will manage a portfolio of residential properties in the West London area.
This is initially a 6-month FTC but a great chance to get your foot in the door with a prestigious client-side company who will give you the exposure needed to progress your FM career.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the portfolio meets legislative, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Provide cover for FM's where needed to help manage a mixed but predominately residential portfolio of approximately 1000 units.
Tenant liaison and weekly meetings.
Manage suppliers, contractors and external consultants as required.
Requirements for the role:
Experience in managing a residential portfolio in the capacity of either a Block Manager or Facilities Manager.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
Awareness of health and safety responsibilities
