Facilities Manager

Cobalt has partnered with a growing client-side company to find a Facilities Manager to join the leadership team within a brand-new residential development in Leeds.

Working closely with the General Manager, this fantastic opportunity will allow a Facilities Manager to grow professionally within a client-side organisation and develop in the residential sector.

The vibrant development includes fantastic amenities including an onsite gym, cafe and cinema.

The role will consist of but is not limited to:

• Indirect line management of an onsite Maintenance team.

• Assisting the General Manager with tenant engagement tasks, and implementation of feedback.

• Overseeing a CAFM system and taking charge of reactive works and PPM schedule.

• Managing sub-contractors on site.

• Conduct regular site walks to identify any potential hazards or other health and safety issues.

• Be involved in the hiring process and onboarding of any new starters within the development.

This rare opportunity would suit an Assistant Facilities Manager looking to take a step up, or a commercial Building Manager with a IOSH qualification looking to gain residential experience in a fast-paced environment.
