Facilities Manager - Mixed Used Portfolio

Cobalt is working with a prestigious property management company on their mission to hire a Facilities Manager for a large mixed-use portfolio

You'll form a crucial part of the team covering commercial, residential and retail assets. Overseeing the top-tier total facilities delivery across the portfolio, working along an established team with great progression opportunities.

Our client are offering a great salary with hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days from home)

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead operational matters for the commercial/residential and retail assets.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure safe, secure property maintenance.

• Review and enhance operational processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.

• Assist in drafting service charge budgets

• Ensuring the effective maintenance of the physical assets including plant room equipment and common areas;

• Regularly visit and build strong relationships with occupiers, resolving service issues promptly.

• Overseeing events on-site where required

• Ensuring full H&S compliance with UK legislation;

As a successful applicant, you'll be able to demonstrate a track record in the commercial, residential and ideally retail space.

An IOSH is essential for this requirement.
