Cobalt is currently supporting a market leading Real Estate Professional Services firm in their search for an interim Finance Business Partner to support and provide comprehensive support on a new project the business has acquired.

Our client has a very exciting new requirement and needs to hire an interim Finance Business Partner to carry out financial analysis, checking trackers against budgets and being the key point of contact with regional teams overseas.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver business financial reporting, including monthly reporting, plans and forecasts

• Develop processes, systems and infrastructure to support growth and expansion

• Identify, analyse and resolve potential business risks

• Build and develop high level relationships with senior stakeholders

• Checking of trackers against budgets

• Maximising business performance based on an understanding of market changes

• Manage and initiate change, driving growth

Requirements

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Proven commercial acumen

• Immediately available
