Cobalt have partnered with an incredible property development business, who specialise in luxury later living accommodation.
The company are looking for a Finance Manager to be responsible for the on-site aspects and day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Operations Director. This is a good opportunity for an individual looking for a step up, where they can have autonomy.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for the month-end and quarter-end processes
Prepare and review the annual budgets
Handle the cashflow forecasts
Post the accruals and prepayments via Sage
Review the Finance Assistants work
Mentor and lead the Finance Assistant
About you
Excellent IT and numerical skills
Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
Ability to lead, manage and supervise junior employees
Strong project management and organisation abilities
Good at communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels
