£70,000-£80,000 p.a. plus bonus

Hybrid, London

We are currently working with a growing property developer with global presence in their search for a Finance Manager to join their growing team in central London. You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and assist with the management of the finance operations and the team.

The role offers great development prospects as the business has significant growth plans.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for both individual companies and consolidated accounts for the group

• Manage the monthly consolidation process for group reporting

• Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, particularly UK GAAP and IFRS

• Oversee the audit procedure and coordinate with auditors

• Liaise with external tax advisors and supervise the preparation of corporation tax returns and tax accounting

• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities

• Generate cash flow forecasts

• Maintain and manage rent registers

• Maintain and improve finance processes

Key requirements:

• Accounting Qualification (ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA)

• Strong prior experience in accounting/ audit

• Experience in the property sector is necessary

• Good consolidation knowledge

• VAT knowledge is required as well as CIS

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Flexibility and hands-on mindset
