Cobalt are working with one of London's fastest growing Outsourced Investment Offices, currently seeking a Senior Associate to join the finance team.

Due to consistent growth, investing on behalf of a number of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as foundations, this is a split role between both the internal finance department and wider business functions, championing the US reporting for the group.

Being a Partner led business, this role will play a pivotal role in communicating key finance information to senior stakeholders, as well as managing relationships with the partners.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Management accounts production from start to finish

  • VAT and regulatory reporting

  • Experience of multi-currency reporting to the wider business

  • Budgeting & forecasting, as well as Cashflow management

  • Manage annual audit, Client billing and performance analysis

  • Consolidations across the group function

  • Corporate/LLP tax production across the US & UK

  • Work very closely with key stakeholders that are not in the accounts function to ensure communication of data is presented and translated clearly

Key requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

  • 1st or 2.1 degree from University

  • Knowledge of both UK GAAP & US GAAP

  • Experience working with in Financial Services (advantageous)

  • Demonstrate strong mathematical, analytical and logical skills

  • Be able to work under pressure to deadlines, prioritise and multitask with strong organisational skills
