Financial Accountant - 6 month contract

£65,000 - £75,000

Cobalt is currently supporting a prestigious global Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to add a Financial Accountant to their team.

This is a great role to gain experience within the the Real Estate industry, even if you have no prior industry experience

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial statements under IFRS

  • Lease accounting

  • Preparation of monthly accounting

  • Balance sheet reconciliations, VAT reconciliations

  • Liaising with non-finance members & auditors

Requirements:

​

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

  • Organised individual

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS

  • Statutory accounting background

  • Strong Excel skills
