Financial Accountant

This role sits within a property investment group who specialise in residential development and regeneration projects.

Based in London, they are looking for a part qualified accountant to join their market leading finance team.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly and Quarterly reconciliations of intercompany accounts, loans, and JV profit share

• Assist with quarterly preparation of management accounts

• Year - end pack preparations with auditors

• VAT / CIS registrations

• Submission to HMRC

• VAT / CIS checks

• Reporting for tax withheld on interest

• Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA studier

• Experience within property development / construction is essential

• Good knowledge of VAT / CIS is essential

• Self-motivated and eager to learn
