Cobalt is working alongside a leading Luxury development company within the ever-growing Real Estate industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly profitable company which has a dominating stance within UK market.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the company's director and will be working in the London office in this highly commerical role
Responsibilities:
To prepare monthly and quarterly reports for investors, shareholders, and banks from investment
Reporting under IFRS for property investment holding companies
Overseeing VAT and tax compliance functions which have been outsourced
Managing Liquidity and cash flow forecasting
Working with a team on ad-hoc projects
Helping the deal team execute property acquisitions by implementing new SPV's to the business
Requirements:
ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
Current or previous work knowledge within Real Estate
Competent knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP
An advanced level of Excel
