About me

My experience in Finance & Accounting

I have worked in Recruitment as a specialist Finance recruiter since 2009 after a brief (and unsuccessful) stint as an Accountant in my early career. I have recruited across a variety of sectors and specialisms focused on ACA, ACCA and CIMA professionals before I found my home at Cobalt with our Real Estate specialism. I now head up the team focused on Qualified, Part Qualified Accounting, Property Management Accounting, Real Estate Tech and IT, and Business Support (Admin, HR & Marketing) across the UK with my exceptional team of consultants.

My area of expertise

Accounting and Business Services are vital to all Real Estate and Construction companies, with it being the backbone to a successful and operationally sound business model. I feel it is important to listen and find people the best careers rather than just match job titles like most of the recruitment industry.

Our team

I am lucky to work with an exceptional team of consultants within a knowledgeable and impressive business. Working together we find solutions to the growing hiring challenges that the world faces today, that other recruiters would not be able to.

Mountain biking & board games

I enjoy the guilty pleasure of a series of board games (strategic and co-operative….not Monopoly) with friends and family or trying to not break any bones mountain biking.
