We are currently working with a prestigious Real Estate Developer in their search for a Financial Controller to join their finance team in London. Our client has a strong presence across the globe with an impressive multi-billion dollar portfolio of investment projects.

The Financial Controller will have full responsibility for all aspects of the reporting and financial operations of an allocated portfolio of joint ventures and corporate entities with international exposure.

Responsibilities include:

• Review of monthly consolidated management accounts

• Responsibility of year-end reporting

• Budgeting and forecasting responsibilities

• Treasury management

• Working alongside the Director in process improvements and reporting to the Board

• Liaising and managing relations with key stakeholders, internally and externally

• Management and development of a team of two Qualified Accountants

Key Requirements

• ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA Qualified

• Real Estate experience ideally in a developer, property company or investment management firm,

• Good knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP; US GAAP is advantageous

• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
