Financial Controller - Interim
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
Cobalt is currently supporting a global Real Estate owner, investor, and developer in their search for a Financial Controller.
Our client is looking to hire a Financial Controller on a temporary basis to support the team in the reviewing and preparation of annual statutory accounts, compliance with IFRS, and group consolidations as they go through a period of growth with their developments.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing annual group consolidations
Producing the annual statutory accounts for four entities
Dealing with year-end audit
Delivering monthly FP & A reporting, whilst providing commentary
Supporting the annual budgeting process
Performing trial balance reconciliations and ensuring accounting data has been correctly inputted
Assisting with new projects - carrying out project appraisals and cashflows
Dealing with head office requests
Pulling detailed information and reports from Microsoft Dynamics AX
Requirements:
Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
Good Excel skills
Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is beneficial
Great attention to detail
Hands-on approach
