Financial Modelling Analyst - Real Estate
£65k- £70k + Excellent Bonus

We are working with one of the leading global real estate advisory firms, who are seeking a Financial Modeller, ideally with an ACA background to work within one of the key teams within this highly regarded organisation. This role will involve liaising and partnering across valuations, finance and modelling teams to support a range of investments and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Creating and managing bespoke financial models adopting and providing analytical support to senior members from Residential, Real Estate, Long Income, Development, and Investment projects
Understanding of portfolio and asset level valuation techniques and approaches
Analyse and visualise large and complex data sets and regular audit the existing cash flow and valuation models
Perform scenario analysis at portfolio, financial structure, and vehicle level
Take ownership of financial models with the ability to work independently
Provide detailed, interactive, clear and relevant analysis and outputs from financial models with a focus on key valuation and market metrics
Analyse and interpret occupational leases, research data, financial statements, cost consultant reports and other data to determine key valuation assumptions
Attending client meetings as required and presenting valuation outputs in a clear and concise manner
Identify new innovative modelling solutions and work closely with stakeholders to improve models and help build enhanced reporting suites
Key Requirements
Ideally ACA qualified from a Top 10 Accounting firm
Relevant post qualification experience with knowledge of building financial models
Experience and interest in Real Estate financial modelling is vital
Highly IT literate with ability to write and build models within Excel
Ability to multi-task across numerous projects
