FP&A Finance Manager

£65,000 + Bonus

London

Cobalt is exclusively working with one of the leading developers and investors in real estate, who have a newly created role within their FP&A team in the London office.

This newly created role will be imperative to the Financial Analysis and Business Partnering across the EMEA division, and will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, insight and analysis into the performance of the business and upcoming development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting for multiple European countries

  • Work with Senior management team to provide insightful decision support and drive executive level ad hoc financial analysis as required

  • Produce a variety of financial reports, presentations, and analysis, including specific deal underwriting analysis/oversight in preparation for Investment Committee presentations

  • Assist with preparation of quarterly Board and Investor presentations.

  • Be a thought leader in improvement initiatives across reporting, planning and analysis, including standardization and alignment in reporting

Key Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with Post Qualification experience

  • Knowledge of working within Real Estate or supporting Real Estate clients

  • Understanding of the financial and performance modelling required

  • Proven ability to manage senior internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

  • Prior knowledge within FP&A is desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of financial systems such as Peoplesoft, Cognos and HFM
