Cobalt are currently working with one of the worlds leading investment managers in a newly created Fund Accounting role working across their most prestigious portfolios.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for crucial elements of the fund with the opportunity to work closely with with the UK and Pan European teams

This is an ideal for role for individuals looking to make that first move from accounting practice and/or fund administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly investor reporting

• Assist Fund Controller/CFO with the valuation process, preparing the investment valuations for Fund's quarterly pricing committee

• Review the financial reporting of the Fund's vehicles (inc. review of NAV and dividend calculations)

• Assisting with global tax compliance

• Manage and be responsible for the fund's investments performance measurement

• Managing monthly and quarterly reporting

• Stakeholder management across the investment team, client services, third-party fund administrators and auditors

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA - recently qualified

• Audit/working experience within Real Estate is essential

• Sound knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS

• Interpret complex financial information

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong Excel skills
