Fund Accountant Real Estate, in-house

Our client is one of the largest and most reputable real estate Investment Managers globally. They are currently seeking for a Fund Accountant to be part of their growing team in Luxembourg. They offer great career progression opportunities in a well-established environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare yearly Luxembourg tier entity annual accounts (LuxGAAP)

• Prepare of consolidated financial statements, under Lux GAAP/ IFRS on a annual basis

• Review and prepare of quarterly management accounts (LuxGAAP) and internal reporting

• Prepare of monthly capital calls/distributions, VAT returns quarterly tax reporting for internal purposes

• Prepare bank reconciliations

• Run month end closing procedures

• Liaise with local offices and auditors

• Review of annual entity structure/running costs

• Review quarterly property level operating reports

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting from an accredited university or equivalent

• Experience in industry or a public accounting firm

• Experience in Real Estate is preferential

• Strong verbal/ written communication skills in English

• Valid work permit in Luxembourg
