Fund Finance Manager

Cobalt are working with a partner led real estate investment manager, currently seeking a Fund Finance Manager to join the already existing finance team. Reporting directly into the CFO, the Finance Manager will gain broad business exposure across asset management, investment management and senior level reporting, as well as take full responsibility for investor reporting across the mixed use portfolio.

Key duties include, but not limited to:

• Review of monthly fund reporting packs and analysis of management accounts for funds

• Review of quarterly fund reporting packs and analysis of management accounts for one fund

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management fee invoicing, as well as, bank reporting on a quarterly basis

• Review of distributions calculations quarterly, including review of cash allocated to capital projects, and review of capital spend to project budgets

• Driving annual financial reporting audits and management of auditor relationships

• Assisting with supporting fund entity structures

• Supporting Investment Managers on an ad hoc basis, including occasional analysis

• Working very closely with the Partners on key decision making alongside the CFO

• Other adhoc duties as and when required.

Experience required

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

• Experience working wthin real estate, private equity or investment management

• Understanding of real estate & IFRS accounting, as well as knowledge of business partnering Asset Management & Investment Management teams

• Strong excel skills and knowledge of Sun Accounts is advantageous

• Understanding of cash flow reporting within real estate
