Cobalt is looking for a General Manager to take ownership of an iconic development in Central London. You'll lead the on-site team in providing a comprehensive total FM service within a circa 200,000 sq ft commercial asset, within one of London's most vibrant and prestigious environments - all whilst working for a major player in the UK Facilities Management industry that would boost the profile of any CV.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the proactive total FM provision across all aspects of this mixed-use asset;
Leading the on-site team, including direct line reports and contractors for both hard and soft FM provision;
Setting and managing the service charge budget;
Ensuring the maintenance of the building plant and fabric, including CAPEX works where necessary;
Ensuring a quality customer experience within the building;
Promoting a proactive H&S culture and looking to improve sustainability where possible.
Our client is looking for an individual with a background in managing complete properties, including common areas, with an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification to support H&S knowledge. You will have experience in being client-facing with a proactive approach that incorporates total FM.
