We are proud to be partnered with a high-achieving and ambitious firm, based in Manchester, with a small and successful team - including some nationally successful Town Planning leads, and impressive reputation. With a busy pipeline of work they are looking for an Assistant (with some working knowledge in town planning) to join to support on current and upcoming projects.

Their clients including private developers and landowners, as well as strategic land promoters and local authorities - working across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and retail - from major greenfield sites, to small and large urban sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

·Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects from outline to detailed consents, as well as strategic planning.

·Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.

·Preparing planning applications and documents.

·Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

·Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

What we are looking for:

·An experienced Town Planner (6-24 months) with an RTPI accredited degree.

·Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.

·Excellent research and analytical skills.

·Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

·Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.

In exchange for your hard work, you will gain CPD and APC support to gain your RTPI Chartership, a leadership team who will help you progress, and a collaborative environment. You will be mostly office-based.

Please apply here. My client is looking to find the right candidate as soon as possible - so if in doubt, do get in touch. I also have other clients and roles that may be of interest.

If you do not hear anything back within one week, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion, but I will retain your details for future roles.
