If you have recently completed an RTPI accredited Masters course and are seeking your first or second role within a growing Planning consultancy then please get in touch! We are currently working with a busy and close-knit planning firm who are consulting on a broad variety of projects nationwide and keen to grow with a junior hire in their London office.
You will have the opportunity to assist on projects across a wide variety of sectors from heritage and high-end residential schemes to sports stadia. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
Preparing planning applications and documents.
Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What we are looking for:
A Graduate Town Planner with an RTPI accredited degree.
Enthusiasm for urban planning and a strong desire to learn and grow.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
