Cobalt recruitment have an exciting interim position based in the South London area. An NHS trust has an excellent opportunity for a Head of Divisional Finance within a finance department.

The ideal candidate will have strong finance experience and have worked previously within NHS organisation. The post holder should hold a CCAB qualification (fully) and worked to a senior level within financial management.

Job Summary

The individual will be expected to support and manage the finance team for a variety of tasks including recruitment, career development, performance and work evaluations. You would also be expected for lead the financial performance management within a large complex organisation. Anyone applying should be experienced within operating at a strategic level within a leadership role, working with multiple stakeholders, being able to develop effective partnership approaches and key communication skills with practical experience.

A good knowledge of statutory accounts procedures and guidelines with experience of delivering these. The ability to be able to analyse highly complex issues from various sources. Highly effective communication skills with the ability to influence and implement change management within a business.
