Our client owns and manages this one-of-a-kind residential-led development, that forms the crown jewel within their expanding portfolio. Partially mobilised, but with plans in place for the next 4 years of development, our client is looking for a Head of FM to lead the hands on management and implement the long term operational strategy for the running of the site. You'll relish an active role with power, variety, and the opportunity to build a top-tier in-house team in your own image.

  • Actively participating in the mobilisation process alongside the design and construction teams;

  • Implementing a comprehensive PPM strategy, procuring suppliers for the management and maintenance of building plant and fabric;

  • Producing major refurbishment projects for the asset life cycle over the next 5-20 years;

  • Exploring and implementing initiatives to increase sustainability throughout the development;

  • Ensuring full compliance with UK health and safety legislation;

  • Building an in-house FM team and fostering a culture of "continuous improvement" and personal development.

You will have prior experience in managing an estate or portfolio of estates, including mobilisation of new developments, and display a strong track record in building teams of both in-house and outsourced professionals. Our client is looking for a leader with a modern approach to FM that recognises the importance of the profession and it's key role in delivering a first-class experience for customers and residents within your properties. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential, whilst an IWFM qualification or membership would be looked upon favourably.
