Cobalt is working with a very creative and unique investment management company in the Bracknell area on a Regional/Head of Facilities Manager position where you will manage a portfolio of 8 assets throughout the UK.

The right person will bring with them a wealth of experience in H&S, implementation of policies and procedures, CRM system, as well as procurement of contracts.

This is an opportunity to take charge and lead the Facilities Management department on managing this clients assets and growing the FM team from the beginning.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Helping grow the Facilities Management team and manage a portfolio of 8 assets throughout the UK

• Implement internal policies and procedures and CRM system

• Head up the procurement of soft and hard FM contracts

• Lead the hiring process of new personnel to the team

• Being hands-on and leading from the front

Requirements for the role:

• A wealth of experience in H&S, implementation of policies and procedures, CRM systems etc

• Having IOSH or NEBOSH

• Previous experience in a client-facing capacity

• Member of IWFM
