A leading national car park management company are seeking a Head of Property to support the Chief Commercial Officer.
This role will be based remotely with travel to their head office in Bournemouth once a week. This position will play a significant part in growing their management portfolio across the UK, from small car parks to large multi-storey car parks.
Key Head of Property Responsibilities:
Play an influential role in the portfolio growth strategy and alternatives solutions.
Successful delivery of new projects, funded through relationships and understanding the client's portfolio and their associated car parks.
Work with existing and new clients to 'brand' new sites.
Underpin asset management and offer transparent business planning to create informed decision making.
Present to the board on a monthly basis to discuss the progress of implementing the strategy.
This role would suit a Chartered Agency Surveyor, Asset Manager, Acquisitions Manager or Property Director, with experience working with retail/leisure asserts, town centres or car parks.
Key Head of Property Requirements:
Member of RICS.
Experience working in the retail, leisure, town centre or car parking market.
Strong acquisitions and negotiation skills.
Strong network of contacts across the UK market.
Ability to travel across the UK and visit their Head Office once a week.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent numerical and financial modelling skills.
This role is home-based with travel to their Head Office in Bournemouth once a week.
Salary is up to £75,000 per annum, plus good bonus potential.
