Head of Property Management and Build-to-Rent

Salary: £80,000 + OTE + Benefits

Location: Central London

Cobalt have partnered with an extremely reputable and well-established property company to help them with their further expansion into the BTR market. To aid their ever-increasing reach over this popular area of industry, our client are looking to employ a senior leadership figure to oversee both their current property management arm, and their new build portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of a high preforming team

  • Assist with the overall growth of the business through hiring and team mentor-ship

  • Monitor company KPI's and targets

  • Cultivating and creating new business relationships within the BTR market

  • Tender and pitch for new properties

  • Bolster an already very strong brand image within residential property

  • Liaise with the block management team to grow where necessary

  • Become a key point of contact for inter-company relations

The successful candidate will have significant experience within a similar senior position, but will also have the ambition to join a company that is looking to grow and become a market leader across London's residential market.

A key criteria for this role is a strong background within the new build and Build to Rent market or alternatively within managing new build, high-end properties.

If this position is of interest and you feel you would be a suitable candidate, then please apply online or contact Will Jacques on wjacques@cobaltrecruitment.com to arrange an initial phone call.
