Our client is a leading residential developer and operator who place an emphasis on delivering sustainable places for people to live. As the team grows, they have identified a need for a Head of to manage the Sales, Marketing and Lettings function of the business.

My client is seeking someone with a proven track record in residential sales who has experience of operating at a senior leadership level, with a strong understanding of the residential property development market. You will be comfortable managing teams and the operational side of on boarding new developments.
