Head of Tax - Alternative Investments

Luxembourg - Hybrid

Up to €140,000 + Bonus

Here at Cobalt, we have an amazing opportunity to partner with one of the world's most trusted asset management companies which is consistently growing. This search is for a Head of Tax for their Luxembourg office with experience working with alternative investments.

Responsibilities include (But not limited to):

• Perform tax management, tax planning, and strategy for their entities in the country.

• Oversee tax controls, and boost tax awareness by sharing knowledge to non-experts in the business.

• Manage the Luxembourg tax functions and provide support regarding tax affairs of investment holdings to local management and other offices across Europe.

• Ensure adequate application of the group's Tax Standards.

• Participate in projects on a local, regional, and global scale.

Requirements:

• A degree in Tax or related subjects, preferably Master's level.

• Experience in tax management for alternative assets, and previous experience as a Head of would be a plus.

• Project management experience.

• International fiscal know-how on a senior level with an international company.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics.

• Strong Communication skills.

• Fluent in English, and German would be an advantage.
