Head of Transactions

A massively well capitalised and dynamic investment company based in the West End are seeking a Head of Transactions to support the high amount of deal flow expected this year. This candidate will take full ownership for the whole transaction, and they will likely be a qualified Real Estate Lawyer. They will work very closely with the Investment Management team.

• Working on each facet of the transaction process for both investment and disposals, from inception to completion

• This includes the acquisition, disposals, and re-financing of the investments - from letter of intent to timely and effective completion

• Partnering closely with the Investment Management team

• Establishing target risk profiles on acquisitions and disposals for target asset types. Run the due diligence process for all assets under offer sharing all summary documents with the Investment Team

The successful candidate will very likely be a qualified Lawyer who has subsequent in-house transactions experience - but I am happy to speak to legal/transactions candidate who may like to learn more from a variety of backgrounds.
