This organisation is an award-winning property management services company in the heart of the city. They are currently recruiting for a new HR Manager. The Human Resources Manager will originate and lead HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented; high-performance culture that emphasizes quality and customer services. They will be responsible for the development of a Company culture that emphasizes key employee retention and development.

Primary Objectives:

  • Recruiting and staffing

  • Training and Development

  • Employee Relations

  • Compliance

  • Remuneration/Benefits

  • Performance management and improvement systems; development of a customer-focused workforce.

  • HR policy development and documentation; employee communications and relations; employee health & safety, welfare and wellness;

  • Ongoing review of all HR policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments;

  • Payroll

  • Developing and maintaining the company website, particularly recruiting, intranet, etc

  • Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Skills/Experience

  • HR Manager experience in a fast-paced environment

  • CIPD Level 5, 6 or 7
